Xbox 360 RGH slow boot: fix the glitch before you blame the KeyVault
A thirty-second hunt is a hardware ticket. A two-second boot into Aurora that cannot sign in is an identity ticket. Mixing those diagnoses is how people buy three timing files and one useless stealth xex.
Measure three cold boots
From the wall, not a soft reboot. Write the times down. Wandering times = unstable install (solder, PLL, power). Consistent-but-slow = then talk timing. Notes: timing files.
POST before Pico philosophy
If XeLL never appears, you do not have a dashboard problem. Finish the glitch. Slim teardown reminders: opening Slims. Method choice: RGH3 guide.
When it boots fine but Live fails
That is usually not a slow-boot bug. Dashlaunch can be wrong, or the KeyVault can be burned/shared. Confirm retail NXE briefly, check live flags, then replace kv.bin if identity is the failure. Do not keep “tuning” RGH3 timing to fix a ban.
Checked unshared KVs: unshared.shop. Ban-wave framing: unban with a KV.
