PicoFlasher plus RGH3 on Trinity and Corona
The 2026 bench is a Raspberry Pi Pico running PicoFlasher, a fine-tip iron, flux, 30 AWG, and J-Runner with Extras. NAND-X and xFlasher 360 are not wrong; they are just not what YouTube titles say anymore. PicoFlasher reads and writes SPI NAND and, with the right firmware, Corona 4GB eMMC. That is the dump path. RGH3 is the glitch path. People search them as one product. They are not.
Order we actually used
Identify Trinity vs Corona 16MB vs Corona 4GB. Dump original. Label CPU key. Solder RGH3 points for that revision — not an Ace V3 diagram from 2014. Write XeLL (Glitch2) to confirm unsigned code. Rebuild xeBuild for 17559 so Dashlaunch 3.21 and Aurora match the rest of the scene. Then aftercare: launch.ini, HDD/FATXplorer, identity.
Bad Update users skip the solder and the XeLL write. They do not skip the identity file inside NAND. If they later become RGH3 customers, this Pico dump is their rollback. Treat them as future bench work, not as a different species of modder.
