Jasper Phats still show up on benches with HDMI and a Coolrunner story. They are not Trinity Slims. Treating them like Corona RGH3 jobs is how wire charts get “adapted” into magic smoke.
Confirm it is Jasper

Glitch path
Most Jasper work in 2026 is still RGH 1.2 chip territory (Ace V3 / Coolrunner / Matrix class), not “install RGH3 like a Slim video.” Shop notes: Coolrunner / Ace V3.
Identity after the iron cools
Pretty POST does not mean a clean console for Live or a marketplace listing. The NAND still carries a KeyVault. Back up the original dump and CPU key. If the vault is shared or banned — or you are building a second machine — install a checked unshared kv.bin instead of cloning the Jasper’s original serial onto another board.
