XDK vs debug kit vs retail RGH3?
XDK is studio hardware. Debug kits are a messy classifieds middle. Retail RGH3 is a living-room Trinity/Corona/Jasper with a persistent glitch. Bad Update is a USB exploit on 17559, including Winchester.
Does Neighborhood require a kit now?
No. xbdm.xex on Dashlaunch 3.21 gives RGH3 boxes Neighborhood-like FTP. Kits still have extra RAM and recovery rituals.
Can Winchester be an XDK?
No. Winchester E is a retail board. Homebrew via Bad Update. Not RGH3. Not a kit.
