Terms of Service
By using this service and making any purchase, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
2. Disputes and Chargebacks
Filing a dispute, chargeback, or claim with your payment provider (e.g. PayPal, your bank, or card issuer) against us is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Disputes and chargebacks are against our Terms of Service. Any user who files a dispute or chargeback will be permanently banned from the service without exception. We will provide your payment and account information to the payment processor in response to any dispute.
3. Contact Support First
You must contact our support team for any issue with your order, delivery, or product before taking any other action. Failure to contact support first and instead filing a dispute or chargeback will result in immediate and permanent ban. Support is available via our ticket system and Discord. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues when you contact us.
4. Defective or Bad Product – Replacements
If you receive a product that does not work as described (e.g. defective or “bad” product), we will offer up to two (2) replacements per original purchase, provided you have not violated these Terms. If you breach these Terms (including by filing a dispute, chargeback, or failing to contact support first), you forfeit any replacement rights and will receive nothing further.
5. Digital Products and Delivery
Digital products are delivered as described on the product page. You are responsible for downloading and securing your purchase. We are not responsible for local software, browser, or antivirus blocking downloads; in such cases you must contact support for assistance.
6. Account and Ban
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, abuse, or chargebacks, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the service and other users.
7. Acceptance
By registering an account, making a purchase, or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service in full.
